Overview

In March 2007, I became the assistant director of communications at the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy. My primary responsibility was to oversee the content of the site. "We hired you to write," I was told when I started, but I soon discovered that it would take much more than just a few well-written stories in order to truly improve the site. This was right up my alley, and I put my wide-ranging repertoire of skills to use and helped steer a dramatic revamp of the site.
