Times are tough in the newspaper industry, and even The Onion is not immune. The paper’s 141-year-old owner has sold it to a Chinese company that “is dedicated to harvesting the ocean’s great aquatic bounty to bring residual fish and fish-related nourishment and substances to honorable consumers across the globe.” Here’s an NPR interview with the paper’s editor about the sale.
