I heard this story on NPR on my drive home last Friday. It’s about a litter of kittens they found in the bushes in front of the state capitol in Raleigh. The agency helping with the adoption, Independent Animal Rescue, is the same one where we got our cat Bingley from last year. Cute story for cat-lovers.
