Hah, I'm with you on Bojangles and just made the recommendation to a recent transplant. Hope she agrees with me. As for Chinese food, I haven't found much round these parts and Five Star is NOT chinese food. I call it chinese-style but I'm pretty sure my mother wouldn't serve any of their food to anybody. She'd be embarassed. As for pizza, try NY Pizza in Cary on Tryon.

If you like genuine New York City pizza, the best of the best is at Franklin Street Pizza and Pasta. This is the real deal. And if you miss genuine Italian ice, they have that too!. They have it shipped from The Lemon Ice King of Corona, (the one seen in the opening credits of the King of Queens sitcom). They even serve the ices in squeegie cups, which are an integral part of the eating experience.

I'd just like to add that, at Spice Street, the buffet comes free with a brunch dish (waffles, pancakes, etc.). You get a lot of food for your buck and the buffet is excellent: grape leaves, hummus, breads, etc. The Granary at Fearrington Village and the cafe at the NC Museum of Art also have great brunch food.

Well done. Makes me miss Bojangles' [like I always do] and the Triangle. Nice pick with Maple View for best ice cream - their farm is one of the most wonderful parts of Orange Co.

Thanks for the award. We appreciate it. We'll carry on making great chicken laced with our blend of spices. We'll also post your link on the Bo's Facebook page.
